Final Update #3

And for the final update.....
Being Halloween coming and all, we have been busy decorating our house and of course carving pumpkins and doing a little facepainting...Kaden is a tiger and Ethan is a cat.

Kaden was really into cleaning out the inside of the pumpkin this year.....Ethan hated it!

Then on Saturday we headed up to small Town to celebrate cousin Katie's 13th birthday party. As always we had great food and a good time visting as well!

Update # 2

A week ago we headed down to North Carolina to visit some friends and attend a wedding.
The boys had a great time playing at Malachi and Mathias' house....and we of course had a great time vising with friends Hannah and Rodney. Thanks to them for being so hospitable.

No trip to NC would be complete without a stop at Krispy Kreme to get a WARM donut!!YUM YUM!!

And most importantly we were able to see our good friends Cherith and Marc get married. The day was a little chilly (the wedding was held outside at the camp we used to work at down there), but the wedding was beautiful and it was great to catch up with old friends. Congratulations you guys!!

Update: Part One

FINALLY, I am updating the blog!
October has been busy for us....

Kaden has found his love for inventing and building things. He is always coming up with idea's of what he wants to build. Here is one of his creations. Don't ask me what it is BUT he sure was proud...he thought of it himself.


We took a FREE tour at the UTZ chip factory....it was surprisingly great!

Unfortunately they would not let you take pictures of the production area...so here we are with all the different chip products they produce.
We have also been taking suday afternoons to go and enjoy one of the many state parks that are close by. The boys have loved the trails and adventures.
